Emilie Debled joined I&P in 2012 first to design and implement I&P’s communication and branding strategy. Emilie is involved in I&P’s representation in all professional organizations and strategic partnerships in order to raise the brand awareness and promote the cause of impact investing in Africa. She is also involved in the management of investor relationships and the network of I&P’s investees. She coordinates fundraising efforts for all the impact funds promoted by I&P.

Prior to that, Emilie spent 10 years in major international communications and branding groups within Carré Noir/Publicis Group and W&Cie / Havas. Among her clients, Emilie advised leading European financial firms such as Amundi Asset Management, Natixis and African banking, and financial institutions such as BMCE Bank and CDG Group on their branding and communication strategies.

She earned a Master in Marketing and Communication at EDHEC Business School
