The 22 and 23 September is held in Paris “Les Rencontres Africa 2016”to promote a new energy to economic cooperation between France and Africa. The meeting is organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Foundation Africa France and Export Group Class.

About “Africa 2016”

Les Rencontres Africa 2016, the biggest economic event related to Africa ever held in France, was attended by more than 800 African and French companies but also investors and decision makers working for development in Africa.

This week, ahead of the Africa-France summit scheduled in Bamako in January 2017, aims to:

- Demonstrate and promote the vital role of France as a "hub" to Africa

- Organize a regular event, fundamentally useful for the French and African companies, particularly SMEs
