Manieff Tathy

Manieff joined I&P Ecosystèmes in September 2025, where she helps coordinate and implement programs that support impact entrepreneurship in Africa.

Before joining I&P, she worked for an international NGO on education projects dedicated to youth inclusion and skills development, supporting the operational management of multi-country programs and collaboration with institutional and associative actors.

With a Master's degree in Economics and Management, specializing in Communication, from ISEG Dakar, her career path demonstrates a strong commitment to social impact and the strengthening of African entrepreneurial ecosystems.
