In 2025, I&P Acceleration financed more than 25 new businesses across Africa: a concrete springboard for impact entrepreneurs.

By mobilizing public and private partners: the European Commission via AFD, Climate KIC, Gaïa Impact Fund, GIZ, Green Climate Fund (GCF), the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and Proparco, Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P) is continuing its commitment to high-impact African entrepreneurs through its acceleration programs.

Each year, I&P Development (IPDEV) assesses and reports on the environmental impact, social impact, and governance of the companies supported by its various partner funds.​

I&P publishes the 2025 ESG and impact reports for the I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs 1 and 2 funds (IPAE 1 and 2), which review the progress made in 2024 and the contribution of these funds to the development of the African private sector.

We are honored to have been selected as the first-ever recipient of the research grant awarded by the Catalytic Climate Finance Facility (CC Facility) - a joint initiative led by Convergence Blended Finance and the Climate Policy Initiative, and supported by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), the anchor donor of the Learning Hub.

• The EIB is investing €15 million in the new I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs (IPAE 3) fund to bolster support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Africa.

• This innovative and high-impact fund is expected to create more than 4 000 direct jobs, at least 40% of which will be for women.

Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P) is proud to announce its first investment in Zimbabwe as part of I&P Digital Energy. This funding marks a significant step forward in promoting access to affordable and modern energy in sub-Saharan Africa.
