Matisse is a restaurant complex located in an area of high economic activity in Dakar. It is composed of a bakery, a fast-food restaurant and an ice-cream parlour. These last two activities have been integrated as a franchise. The company was created in 2017 and started its activity in December of the same year.  

THE ENTREPRENEUR

Delphine Faye holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management from the Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar. At the end of her studies, she joined World Vision, an international NGO, in 2011 as an accounting manager. In 2017, she decides to launch the Matisse complex.
