Launched in 2002, I&P Développement line (IPDEV 1, IPDEV 2) aims at create, develop and sponsor a dozen impact funds and support 500 SMEs in several sub-Saharan African countries.
MSA

Multiservices Agricoles (MSA) is a company in Senegal specialized in the processing of locally grown paddy rice.
Since 2020, the company has specialized in the production of parboiled rice through a process of pre-cooking paddy rice in water, allowing the grain of the cereal to absorb the vitamins and minerals present between the hull and the grain of the rice. The production unit is located in Rosso (northern Senegal), in the Senegal River Valley. In 2021, MSA produced 34 tons of parboiled rice, which is sold in traditional markets, convenience stores, gas station stores, wholesalers, e-commerce sites and to individuals.

Focus on SECAS, a Senegalese company promoting local cereals
I&P met with Mrs. Bineta Koné Coulibaly, President of SECAS, and Mrs. Ndèye Anta Coulibaly Ba, General Manager. Launched in 1992, SECAS (formerly known as "La Vivrière") is a Senegalese SME specialized in the processing and marketing of local cereals. The company is supported by Teranga Capital, I&P's partner in Senegal, since 2019.
Atelier des Génies

L’Ateliers Des Génies is a startup founded in 2015, which develops programs and activities for children aged 4 to 16 and youth aged 17 to 25. The company offers several programs related to digital literacy, robotic programming, algorithm, coding and web design to equip learners with problem-solving skills, stimulate critical thinking and develop analytical skills.
THE ENTREPRENEUR
L’Atelier des Génies was founded by Fatima SARR, who started her entrepreneurial career at a very young age, completing a degree in web design. She was project coordinator at oxford business group. She then launched, before the creation of Atelier des Génies, two startups that worked for large international companies such as Google and large projects of Government Agencies, and accompanies business leaders in the development of their Business Development strategies.

Nowelli

Nowelli is a small Senegalese company that specializes in individual and collective catering (catering service and canteen management). Through its various offers, Nowelli provides its customers with healthy and balanced products, with a particular focus on reducing the amount of sugar, salt and fat.
THE ENTREPRENEURS
The company Nowelli was created by two promoters who are :
- Mrs. Mariama DIENE, passionate about healthy nutrition, she has a degree in International Business from the European Institute of Higher Education and in public policy and development management from Sciences Po. She held several positions in NGOs and financial institutions before devoting herself to her passion, cooking.
- Mrs. Mariama Selly Kane, who has more than 10 years of experience in individual catering and management of company canteens.

LAfricaMobile

LAfricaMobile is a company specialized in mobile marketing. It allows its customers to carry out large-scale communication in countries such as Senegal, Mali, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Togo, Burkina Faso and Niger in USSD, SMS and Voice (Push, Pull) and Airtime. It is connected to all WAEMU operators and works with large local companies and NGOs.
THE ENTREPRENEUR
Malick Diouf is a telecommunications network engineer with a degree from INSA Toulouse and a Master's degree in information systems from the Grenoble School of Management. In 2009, he joined Highconnexion, a start-up specialized in value-added services where he held several positions. With the technical and financial support of Highconnexion's management team, he decided in 2014 to create LAfricaMobile, an aggregator specializing in large-scale communication for the African diaspora.

FireFly Media

FireFly Media is an advertising agency created in 2015, specializing in communication within public transport in Senegal, particularly buses. Exclusive agency of the association of financing of urban transport (AFTU), FireFly Media is the first actor to have massively deployed digital devices in buses in Senegal. It offers its services to communication agencies and non-governmental organizations.
ENTREPRENEURS
Mafal LO and Ali ERHOUNI are marketing professionals at the origin of FireFly Media.
Mafal LO is a computer engineer with more than ten years of professional experience in database management and computer development throughout the world (France, China, USA). Today, he is in charge of digital publishing and business development for FireFly Media.
Ali ERHOUNI is an expert in operational marketing and has about fifteen years of practice in this field. He spent ten years in the L'Oréal group as a packaging specialist. He is currently in charge of the implementation of FireFly Media's marketing strategy.

SECAS (ex La Vivrière)

LA VIVRIERE is a senegalese SME specializing in the processing and marketing of local cereals created in 1992. With a single raw material at the beginning, millet, the company also processes maize and cowpea and markets pre-cooked fonio. It offers a wide range of traditionally African and typically Senegalese products which are sold under the brand name WIIW, on the local market and exported to the European Union, the United States, Canada and the rest of Africa.
Thanks to the quality of its products, the company has been awarded several times the quality prize by the European Union within the framework of its programs for the promotion of local cereals in Senegal.
In 2019, La Vivrière became the Société d'Exploitation des Céréales Africaines du Sénégal "SECAS" following the entry into its capital of FONSIS and Teranga Capital.
THE ENTREPRENEUR
Bineta Kone COULIBALY is an engineer in statistics and training and has a master's degree in economics and a higher diploma in management from the C.E.S.A.G. She was head of the economic and social statistics office before joining the BHS (Banque de l'Habitat du Sénégal).
She is a founding member of the group of local cereal processors in Senegal (T.C.L), of the national committee of the millet / sorghum initiative, of AAFEX, and of the association for the sustainability of family businesses.

XOOM

Xoom Wireless is a Gambia-based internet service provider, established in 2017. It was granted a full operating licence in 2018 by the Gambian Public Utilities Regulatory Authority. The company intends to offer a wide range of broadband products to Gambian users through "LTE TDD" technology in and around Banjul.
THE ENTREPRENEUR
Kalifa FAAL is a computer science graduate from Florida State University. He has more than 10 years of experience in internet and web technologies. He worked for 8 years in the United States as a sales and marketing manager. He is the founder and CEO of KMF Technology, a computer hardware and tool supply company based in The Gambia.
