PEG Africa wins top industry award in Ghana


PEG Africa is a young company which aims to bring off-grid solar energy access to rural and peri-urban communities in West Africa by providing pay-as-you-go (PAYG) solar home systems to rural and remote customers. The company joined I&P’s portfolio in 2015.

PEG Africa has been honored as a leading company in Ghana during the prestigious annual 2018 SME GhanaAwards, as reported by MyJoyOnline.

The company AFRIBON, specialized in the creation and marketing of food flavors, is one of the first investments of the fund I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs 2 (IPAE 2). Created in 2012 by Julien Giuge and Anne Merienne, AFRIBON is currently the only company to produce locally and offer a tailor-made service to its customers, including notably manufacturers of beverages, biscuits and dairy products.

7th Edition of the annual Entrepreneurs' Training Seminar, hold in Africa for the first time


The Training Seminar is an annual meeting gathering the entrepreneurs supported by Investisseurs & Partenaires. This 7th edition was organized from October 17 to 19 in Abidjan and gathered more than 70 entrepreneurs.


The seminar is notably organised by the African Club of Entrepreneurs, a pan-African association under Ivorian law dedicated to African SMEs and bringing together some sixty talented and committed entrepreneurs.

Enko Education launches two new schools in Mali and Burkina Faso


African International Schools group Enko Education has announced the launch of two new schools, which will open at the beginning of the new academic year in September 2018: Enko Bamako International School in Bamako, Mali and Enko Ouaga International School in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. SENAR Les Délices de Lysa is a Senegalese family business specializing in the processing of peanuts, cashews and maize. Created in 1982 by Lydie Sagbo, the company is managed since 2015 by her daughter, Sylvie Sagbo. In November 2017 SENAR formalizes a partnership with Teranga Capital, an investment fund sponsored by I&P dedicated to Senegalese SMEs and start-ups.


Enko Education opens a second school in Senegal


African international schools group Enko Education, founded by Cyrille Nkontchou and Eric Pignot, has taken a new step in its development, acquiring the West African College of the Atlantic (WACA) in Dakar, Senegal.

WACA is the 10th school to join Enko’s network, already implement in five Sub-Saharan countries (Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Mozambique, Senegal and South Africa).
