Holder of a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance (LSTCF) and a Master 1 option Accounting-Control-Audit (CCA) of the ESCAE of Niamey, he started in the laundry sector in 2013 in TOP NET PRESSING, which became TOP NETTOYAGE today, as a general manager. In 2018, he created his own company for which he brings his personal touch and experience. Mr. Seyni has an excellent knowledge of the operational aspects as well as the different elements that go into the quality satisfaction of his customers and takes care of the quality control, the packaging of the items and the grouped delivery of the treated items.

E'Santé was founded by Dr Philippe OHANDJA AYINA, an entrepreneur with a passion for medicine and connected technology. 

Graduated with a doctorate in medicine from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of Douala and a university diploma in Connected Health from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Paris Descartes, he started his professional career as a general practitioner at the Ad Lucem medical foundation in Douala where he practiced for 3 years before joining the Louis-Pasteur clinic in the same city. His passion for health and technology led him to follow a specialized training in telemedicine in France. After this training, he spent 8 months as a general practitioner in the emergency department of the Groupe hospitalier public du sud de l'Oise. It was during this experience that he discovered telemedicine and, motivated by his entrepreneurial spirit and desire, decided to launch E-santé.

Created in 2009 by Marie Stephanie Aina Raharijaona, Stephaina Beauty is a chain of beauty parlors that offers a very complete range of cosmetic treatments, with a focus on nail care.

In 2021, more than 28,000 visits to the 4 Stephaina beauty parlors were recorded. A fifth salon should open in 2022 in the city of Majunga.

Stephaina was created by Stéphanie Raharijaona, who grew up in Antananarivo and followed a specialized training in nail prosthesis in Paris in parallel with her studies in interior design.

She opened her first salon in 2009, and had the capacity to finance herself already shortly after its opening. Stéphanie Raharijaona returned to France in 2015 to work as an executive assistant at UNESCO while managing her salon remotely.

She decided to return to Madagascar in July 2019, to both deploy the Stephaina salon brand and maximize its social impact through the professional training of young people: a mission that is at the heart of her vision and Stephaina's development model.

Expected impacts

Stephaina's main impact is on the social aspect via the creation of formal jobs, largely for young people who have left the school system or are marginalized. Thanks to a mentoring system within the salons, these young people without diplomas have the opportunity to be trained in the beauty industry and to be integrated into the workforce. With 10 salons open by 2026, Stephaina could create and/or maintain 230 jobs.

THE ENTREPRENEUR

Yellow was founded by Angela NGO NDOUGA, who has 15 years of experience in specialized financing and business management. After starting her professional career in 2011 in France as an account manager in the International Department of Compagnie Générale d'Affacturage (CGA), a subsidiary of the Société Générale Group, she worked for COFACE West Africa service in Douala. She also actively participated in the deployment of factoring projects in Gabon (BGFI), Senegal, and Côte d'Ivoire (Société Générale).

This young entrepreneur co-founded the company Lusis and Co, where she developed the factoring department for five years. She led the negotiation and implementation process of a 2 million euro credit line by the African Import-Export Bank (AFREXIMBANK), thanks to which she assisted 102 Cameroonian SMEs in the mobilization of 8 million euros of trade receivables. After this experience she decided to launch Yellow, which she now manages full time.

 

PARTNERSHIP WITH I&P

Yellow is supported by I&P through I&P Acceleration in Sahel, financed by the European Union. The partnership aims to support the company in the platform's development for the digitalization of services, the fitting out of premises, and computer equipment and human resources acquisition.

Since 2024, the company has also been supported through I&P Accélération Technology, funded by Agence Française de Développement. The financing and support aims to help the company strengthen its digital services platform (developments, server acquisitions), its human resources and its transformation.

From 2016 to 2017, he joined the pharmaceutical industrial group Propharmed International, where he worked as Sales Manager. Sapta is a company producing and selling cleaning products in Niger. After a set-up phase, the company began production of multi-purpose powdered detergents under the Sapta brand. Today, it is the only company in Niger that produces this type of product locally. The company is also interested in the solid soap market for which it offers mainly 120g and 180g soaps under the brand name Haske. These soaps are multi-purpose and can be used for washing, cleaning and toiletry.

THE ENTREPRENEUR

Sapta was founded in 2015 by Mohamed Ahmed Abdourahamane, who after his Higher Technician's Certificate (BTS) in marketing, obtained in 2007, started in the agribusiness as an importer of rice and oil between Niger, Benin and Nigeria. Following the crisis of the Naira in 2009 and the drop in the price of oil in 2014 that shook Nigeria, the commercial activities of the promoter in the direction of Nigeria were strongly affected. It is on this occasion that he identified the sanitary products sector as a good investment opportunity in Niger where he is originally from.

SINERGI'S CONTRIBUTION

Sapta is supported by Sinergi and I&P through I&P Acceleration in Sahel. The main objective of this project, which will be deployed over a period of 24 months, is to supply raw materials from Côte d'Ivoire in order to prepare Sapta for the consolidation of production and to mitigate any future risk of stock outs.
